"Edit: Time has passed since I was asked by them to write a positive review for them in exchange of a refund for a faulty product, so I changed my star rating down from 4 to 3 and modified the contents to reflect my honest opinion on my experience
I bought two batteries at once from them for a Dell Latitude E5440 and a Precision 3520, both of which came in a bit later than I expected and the batteries are in good shape while the Dell logos are covered with markings.
The Latitude E5440 battery works great, while the Precision 3520 battery came in as defective; it has problems being detected unless the laptop is powered on a specific way.
I emailed their support address regarding my issue and that's when I heard back, I found out that they're a Chinese based company despite them trying to appear Canadian, I then eventually got my refund in exchange of a "Positive review" on Trustpilot and Resellerratings."
"From Canada I ordered a 3-cell battery for my Lenovo X220T, hard to get any other place. The cost was reasonable, and I was very satisfied with the experience and would order again. The seller kept me informed via email about progress. There was tracking information, although not detailed enough to see the transit path, but in my case it was shipped via regular mail from Sweden (slow, but seemingly reliable). The seller was available promptly via email for concerns I had when I couldn't find the package after tracking said it was delivered, but it in fact it was a delay at my end with our university on campus delivery. No customs or duties, there it was in my mailbox. I was glad to see that the battery is OEM, exactly like the old one. I'll see how it works now. Overall, highly recommended for hard-to-find batteries."

"I think this is a bogus site. They took my money but the goods have not arrived even after 10 working days, 14 days in all. It promises delivery within 2-7 working days. Buyer beware of such sites such as these. There is absolutely no way to contact them once the money is taken from you."
