"Canadian Gadget has given me some of the worst service of my life. My phone broke before Black Friday, so I ordered a new one on Black Friday. A full week after I ordered I was informed my phone was not in stock. They tried to give me a lower quality phone that I did not want. After telling them I did not want the lesser phone I again did not hear back for another full week, in which time they charged my card for the phone and I got a tracking number for shipping. I was only then informed that my phone has not shipped and they are waiting on my confirmation on the lesser phone. All the while I was trying to contact their customer support with no avail. ABSOLUTELY never order through them. Everything they did and every way I was treated was unacceptable and you should spend your money at a company that will not treat you this way. 0 stars."

I ordered a battery for my friend and then it turned out that they no longer needed it. I wrote to them asking for a refund within an hour of placing the order and received a response from Terry trying to sell me another battery. When I said I just wanted a refund I got no response. I emailed them several times, called the office phone (which is a mobile # from China) and still no response. It seems I'm not alone because google searches for this company turn up negative reviews. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. They just take your money.

"So far I love this battery from Canadatekk.com! I was skeptical before I purchased it, but I'm glad that I did. My battery was manufactured on 02/14 and it works great. I'm super happy that I no longer have to be glued to an outlet! The battery life so far is just about what my original battery life was (about 2.5 hours) so I'm completely satisfied with this purchase. It's only been about a week so I will update my review if anything changes."
