"I have to take Creon and can't afford the price in the US. With Medicare in the US filling this prescription would have put me in the coverage gap (donut hole) Customer service is excellent. They helped solve an issue when my doctor sent an incorrect prescription. In the US you have to mail a check to a US mail address and once they get the payment they ship. Depending on where the Creon comes from, for example, Europe it takes 3-4 weeks to arrive. Remember that it has to go through customs. Shipping is always the same price too.
I was skeptical that it might be a scam and was nervous about sending a check. Not only are they legitimate but they are a pleasure to do business with. This is the first review I have ever written about a company. I have been getting prescriptions for over a year!"
"It took them over a month to fill my prescription, then when i needed a refill they refused to refill saying it was a month late, but it took them a month to get it to me so i was already a mouth behind. this the second time they have done this. they do not put a refill by date, just the date it was filled, and that take them a month, so you are always a month behind. be aware when you order. In addition to the awesome prices, they are great to deal with. They are glad to talk on the phone, to find the best price in the world. It seems like they enjoy talking with customers (very friendly, good phone connection, very easy to understand).
A few things worth knowing:
They have a price list, but it doesn't work for me, for some reason their website thinks I live in Canada, and won't show me the list. So, I email them what I want, and they call back.
Most drugs are a lot less, but some are the same.
They process credit card payments by phone, not on their website (a little unusual, but not a problem).
Processing and shipping takes, a couple of weeks. So plan ahead. There is a flat fee of $15 shipping, per order.
They follow the law, so, for prescription drugs, you need a prescription, they don't sell anything addictive, and the most you can get is a 3 month, supply.
Make sure to give them your correct email address, and phone number (they will email and call to complete the order). But don't worry, I haven't gotten any junk email or calls from them."
