"I ordered a Shelburne Parka coat from authorized retailer of Canada Goose. Although I wear the XS size coat from Canada Goose before, this time the XS size is too small for me. due to unfit size, I can't wear it.Now the coat is unworn with all original tags, but the merchant rejected to exchange or refund. Then I try to contact the customer service of Canada goose, hoping to find some suggestions, such as exchange or adjust (or modify) the coat, and I am good to accept the difference fee due to modification. However, the attitude of Canada Goose is very perfunctory, they have no suggestion or solutions. This reply is to tell me just throw your coat away.
As we know, the Canada Goose coat is not cheap , it is a waste of money for me. The non-action of their service is so disappointing. I will tell my friends and families never to purchase anything from Canada Goose. I will suggest transfer to Moncler, which has a better service."
