"Ordered Advantage Multi for the cat on 10/19/10. My credit card was charged on 10/23. On 10/27 I received an email stating that the product was unavailable and that my account would be credited within 3-5 days. It wasn't. It took 2 emails (the last one threatening to contest the charge with my credit card company) before the credit was finally applied on 11/17. Nice little interest free loan for them, I guess. I'll not be doing business with them again."
