"I just wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience with SN Traders/CanadaGSM. Let me preface this by saying I have shopped here many times over the years without issue, but not so much in recent years.

I was interested in buying a Samsung S8 phone and had exchanged some very quick emails, which prompted me to come in the next day to purchase one.

When I arrived they did not have the items in stock they claimed to on the website or over email, however, there were two silver ones available - I wanted black.

I knew something was up when the boxes said 128GB and not 64GB. The IMEI on the box also did not match the back of the device, which also did not match the sticker they put on the back. The IMEI in the status screen did not match the physical one on the devices.

Upon checking the IMEI information, the current IMEI of the phone was that of a disposable Samsung J1 phone, not the S8. When I checked the IMEI on the reverse of the phone it was marked as stolen and blacklisted.

CanadaGSM/SN Traders is no longer responding to messages, and is clearly reselling stolen phones after flashing new IMEI's to them. I was able to personally verify TWO phones sourced from the USA.

Buyer beware, and be sure to check your imei information to ensure it matches the phone and is not stolen."

"Ordered a code which said 5-25 MINUTES. I ordered based on that.
It has now been over 36 hours and the only reply I got was "sorry about that code come soon"

I will be calling Visa to reverse a payment and mark their Paypal as a scam that way they get flagged and hopefully held accountable."

"I ordered a new galaxy S5 on october 4 2016 and asked by email on october 7 if my order was shipped but did not receive any new from them until october 12 when I called. They told me they could not get the phone I ordered but suggested a S5 neo as replacement. I did not want this phone and asked for a refund. That's when I learned the hard way never to buy again buy e transfer.USE PAYPAL OR A CREDIT CARD. THIS COMPANY WON'T EVER GIVE A REFUND. You will keep calling them and be unable to talk to anybody who can refund you, they always just pass the message and assure you will get a refund soon. After 40 days waiting, I sent a letter to tell them I would take legal action against them at the small claim court. They then tried to make a refund by e-transfer, but I had an error message when trying to get my money. My bank and e-transfer support verified and told me the problem was on the sender side. They had to call their bank but never managed to give me a functional link. They then stopped replying to my emails. When I wanted to start my legal action, I realized that neither 2281804 Ontario Inc., Canadagsm, Canadagsm.ca or SN Traders was registered in Ontario (or in Canada) . This made it impossible for me to take legal action since their true company name is unknown. Also, they don't write their tax number on their receipt (which is illegal) so you can't use them to identify their company either. I then tried to go to my local police and take criminal legal action on the for fraud. The police tried a bit but had better things to do. After a phone call, they abandoned. At this point we are about 7 months after the transaction and I still had not received my refund. Two months later, I wrote them to tell them I would accept a replacement phone. I accepted a new LG G5 as replacement which was a very fair trade I have to admit. When I got the phone, the box was clean and sealed with round stickers which made me think it was really new. After opening the box I was a bit disapointed to see that the included charging cable did not fit the included charger (usb type C port in charger with usb cable) also, there was a sort of sticky dirt behind the phone which cleaned easily but did not let the impression of a new phone. The phone was factory reset and does not have a reconditioned status in the RTN screen which is good. The only big problem is I had already bought another phone and did not need this one at all. ALL I WANTED IS A REFUND..."

I have a decent buying experience from CanadaGSM, They never taken my money and always (3 Time buying from last 1 year) provided me tracking information of the package, their Customer Response was slow but i can ignore the delay because i always go for cheaper shipping type :p Well the great thing about them is their price, I remember in my 2nd purchase i was having some issues with the Note 2 Penta Band and sent me return shipping tag and replaced my device with in 2 days, That thing really made me their Fan.
