"Bought two expandable hoses from Campus 111 back in March. A month later, one of them started to leak. I contacted them for a refund but they refused because they said the warranty doesn't provide for a refund after a month has passed, but the would replace it for me. A few weeks after I received the replacement it also failed. This time they would only replace it for a small fee. I agreed and they sent me another hose. This one lasted all of a week or so and had only been used four times. I contacted them and told them that the only solution to the problem is that they would have to give me a refund. Their reply to me was a request for a picture of the
defective hose. Obviously this is all old stock or defective merchandise that they are passing off as new. Also, would like to know why ebay allows dishonest companies like this to be a seller on their site. Apparently they are also making plenty of money off merchandise these companies sell. My advice is to stay away from this company. Plenty of good sellers on ebay, don't need these guys. By the way the acronym campus stands for "Constructing another mess of pisspoor

"I bought this Expandable Garden Hose thru Campus111 a few months ago. I didn't even start using it until recently. It was the 75 foot version with a nozzle. The first time I used it, it worked great. It's very light weight and easy to move around in the driveway. My wife loved it too.
However, after about the first month it sprung a small leak. Then the next time it leaked in several places. And, finally the next time it had bad leaks everywhere. It was like a flood.
It was no good, the whole thing was rotten. So, buyer beware, you can get stuck just like I have been hoodwinked. Some companies will sell just about anything including their souls. Stay away from Campus111"
"I have a reseller, i have knowledge of electronics and i have a nice understanding of how to doit right.. in this case i am at the buyer seat... and this guy "Campus111" is one of the worse and most stupid reseller i have deal with... Thanks GOD i only bough 1 tablet, because if i would have purchased the lot i wanted.. i could not imagine how to deal with my angry clients... at least me who care for customers and not this stupid..... i bough to campus111 only one 7 inches tablet.... it came with a defective GPS and a defective wireless... after weeks of discussions an tons of emails... he did not have the same product and offered me an inferior one... i what head is right to exchange the defective product for an inferior one? you as retailer... you exchange the product for a similar one or a superior one in case you diont have it or want to COMPENSATE FOR THE BAD EXPERIENCE), THIS GUY OFFERED ME AN INFERIOR ONE, WICH IS A LACK OF RESPECT ND A JOKE TO THE CUSTOMER'S MONEY!, AT THE END ENDED ASKING ME US$20 FOR THE FOLLOWING PRODUCT SINCE THE campus111 did not had the right one... and of course i had to pay a shipping of us25, so us$ 2.... months later the new tablet failed, the data/charge port failed, is broken... it ignored lot of my emails, then when i ask for the phone number.. is then when he answered me, and started denying everything, didn't wanted to respond for the issue, and at the end asked me to send the tablet and to offer me a miserable discount..... i am going to sue that guy.. not for the us150 bucks i have down.. but by the really nasty attitude and its intention of take advantage of the customers, since that seller will have hard time to demonstrate that is not intentional to sell defective products to offer you a "better" one at a "special cost" and the worst is, it is equally bad.... so you will have double bad experience...."

"I have only used this unit for less than 10 hrs since purchase.
I bought it to use for backup and special occasions. The USB ports has stopped working. I have had small problems since purchase which were never resolved. I requested to return several months back under warranty however; they wanted to charge me 50% of the cost to do this.

"I bought 2 tablets from Campus 111. Then, I ordered 2 more. One of the cases and 1 of the tablets, were the wrong color. I emailed and they sent me a prepaid label immediately. They also shipped the correct tablet and case, before I even shipped theirs back. I dealt with Jenny and she was awesome! I will only deal with her. She takes care of any problem that the warehouse causes. We will see on this next order, of 2 more tablets???? So far, so good."

Over a period now of 6 months and with 3 EBAY customer support requests nothing has been done. EBAY is complicit in supporting these unscrupulous "sellers" . Both Campus111 and EBAY turn out to be nothing but CON MEN. Do not deal with either one unless you like to "burn" your money because with less frustration ,actually burning the cash will bring a quicker resolution and peace of mind than attempting to get either one to resolve your problem. "Awesome customer service with prompt communication. I ordered 3 flashlight and had shipping tracking # within 24 hours and pickup scan data soon after. Items took forever, and the shipping company messed up and sent my items from the town I live in to South Carolina. I contacted them and they offered a refund or a reship. I chose refund and the items arrive the same day so I was able to contact them before the refund. When I put batteries in the flashlights, one of the on/off switches was faulty and caused the batteries to melt down. I again contacted them and asked for a replacement or refund on 1 and they sent a replacement which I received in 3 days and works great.
