"BAD experience! Ordered for Christmas; received weeks after Christmas. Following their online policy, we returned one item for a different size. We have our proof of return and copy of letter sent requesting exchange (since they never returned our calls or online messages). One year later, still nothing. Today we filed a formal complaint with the FTC for either a refund of the money they kept, or a replacement item we requested. BAD BAD BAD experience!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their invoice does not even show the correct order date!!!"

"I ordered 7 t-shirts (for a breast cancer charity run!) and they only shipped 3, although I was charged the full cost of the 7. They did not respond to any e-mails or phone calls. I filed a dispute through Paypal, and they still refused to acknowledge the problem or refund the difference. Last I checked they don't take Paypal anymore-- so buyer beware! "
