"Purchased a used Dell heat sink 3X001 from this ebay store. Shipment seemed well packed and arrived within ground shipping time. However, heat sink was damaged in shipment. Owner apologized, sent another free of charge after a couple days wait. It also arrived damaged. Asked him what he wanted to do and I found my money refunded in my PayPal account. Honest ebay store, but needs to do something different for packing."
