"Placed order and payment made. Company cancelled order without reasonable explanation. When pressed they implied I had used a back door through Google to get an unavailble product/price. Then they blamed the issue on their third party payment processing service. Much more hand waving about rights to distribute the product offered sounded hollow. Called national distributer of Sigma products to find camerabox.ca is not an authorised dealer. Their inventory is from offshore and gray market. Warranty reflects this but the website is not big on full disclosure in this regard.

Turns out camerabox.ca is closely affiliated with camerabox.co.uk, a site with low ratings.

They way they handled this issue I would rate them with the worst of the New York online camera fronts.
