"I recently purchased a Kodak DX7590 digital camera bundle from Camera-Warehouse. Here are my comments/review:
Website: Straight forward and easy to navigate. Checkout is simple too, they even accept bank transfers if you don't have/want to use a credit card. They accept Visa and M-C. The nicest feature is obviously their "Live Chat". They were very kind and answered all my questions. They also confirmed what's in stock and what's not (the battery was B/O).
Pricing: Their prices are excellent. Their strenght is definitely the bundles they create for each camera. For example, I saw the DX7590 at Henry's camera shop for 599.99$. Camera-Warehouse had the DX7590 bundled with a 512MB SD card (89$ worth) + extra lithium battery (39$ worth) for 629.99$ INCLUDING SHIPPING. On top of that, I only paid GST because they're located in B.C. and I am in Ontario. I basically saved over 140$ with this deal!!
Shipping: The battery was B/O until 11/12 so they offered me to ship the camera and the memory card right away and the battery later at no extra charge. They were suppose to ship everything from Toronto but they ran out of stock over the week-end so they shipped the camera from their Richmond, B.C. depot, using UPS express next day delivery and I got the SD card from Toronto with Purolator. I placed my order on friday at 3pm and received everything the next monday morning!! WOW!
OVERALL EXPERIENCE: I would definitely recommend this on-line store. Great price, great service, excellent communication and fast shipping. Don't know what to ask for more..."
