"I place an order early February and have been told that part of it has been shipped. I wasn't overly concerned as it has only been a little over four weeks but I have not received the shipped item yet and cannot get anyone to respond to my inquiries as to its whereabouts and the whereabouts of the rest of my order. I am truly disappointed but hopeful to have resolution before the end of March or I will have PAYPAL refund my money. Hoping for a reasonable explanation."
