"Wow!!!! I 've had a problem with a heat pump that was less 5 years old, as we recently brought this new house. My family and I suffered through two brutal months of being upstairs miserably trying to sleep in the heat, while (2)-count them (2) other companies attempted to figure out and fix our problem with the heat pump. After one company, to their credit realized that they couldn't find/fix the problem. They reimbursed our money and suggested that we find a authorized Trane repair/dealer. We contacted the second company who came out looked over the system, wrote up a game plan, drained the system and said they would come back the next day to execute the plan we had agreed on. Two days later I called the company, they referred me to the supervisor and he stated that they wouldn't do the work as they weren't sure where to began or didn't want to assume liability and gave me other false information. I than contacted the Trane corporate office who gave me a list of (3) dealers they recommended in my area. At the top of the list was "Comfort Heating and Air", I contacted the company and told them of our issue. They sent out Mr. J. R. Disponett!!!!!!!! And wow!!!! From the time he came in, he inspected the system/came up with a game plan. He conferred with their engineer and low & behold they found our problem!!!!! Because of our situation of being given the run around and being without A/C in a miserable time. He worked tirelessly, later and went far above to get us straightened out!!!! Showing what type of company they are, they discounted some things as to help us due to the hardship of others!!!!My family and I are greatly indebted to this awesome company!!!! Hey, they deserve the cap in my opinion :-)!!!! Well worth the call, lock em" in on speed dial.......Lifetime customer! "
