"This is the second year in a row that I have ordered Christmas ornaments from Calliope Designs. I like their ornament selection and they do a good job with the personalization. This year when I received one of my ornaments, I noticed that the punctuation was wrong and sent them an email about it. That same evening (Dec. 2) I received an email back which said they were sorry and would replace the ornament. Yesterday, (Dec. 10) I received my new ornament with correct punctuation. Calliope Designs makes great ornaments and corrects any mistakes they happen to make. I will be shopping their site again next year."
