"This is what folks think about this company. Spent my money and waiting on orders that haven’t even been pulled. When I spoke to someone over the phone I was told “an” item was out of stock. That item is a paper air filter I probably can pick up locally or get from day O’Reilleys or something. But, since I spent over $800 on my debit card I’m stuck waiting or contemplating cancelling but will still have to wait a stupid amount of time while my car sits. Placed another order on another site (Cip1) which were really big bulky rotors for a disc brake conversion. And, guess what? Those arrived at my door today.
Lesson learned. I don’t need to spend my money on bad communication and snotty kids who throw attitude to their customers because they haven’t even fulfilled an order nor have they emailed me with a status update. Like I said, placed an order for similar dollar amount stuff at Cip1. Got email confirmations along the way and their items arrived today. All the while, it’s me being unreasonable because these people haven’t even pulled my items off their shelves yet...."

"The parts they carry are not always great. They took 6 tries over a month to get me all the parts i ordered form my $500+ order. Back ordered parts would show up incorrect, parts would be missing, or would be of such bad quality i refused to put them on the car. Over all not happy with my recent experience with JBugs. Wont be shopping here anymore."
