"Wonderful experience. The website isn't so great but the service is! I bought a discontinued product (it had very recently been discontinued, the website showed it as being in stock) and just figured they had some extra stock lying around. It turns out they were out because the next day they called to inform me of this and told me they would upgrade me to the newest model (which was also a few hundred dollars more expensive) at no additional cost. I received it a few days later as expected. Great service!"
