"I was sent an order of shirts with in an incorrect color. When I called the phone number it went straight to a voicemail box that was full so I could not leave a message.
I then emailed customer service about the mistake.
A few days later somebody emailed me back asking for a photo of the incorrect order which was quickly sent.
This was three months ago and even after sending multiple follow up emails I still have heard nothing back.
