"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are a fraud. I ordered a large amount of hot sauce from them. After waiting a month it finally shipped. It was packaged poorly, got broken in transit and was destroyed by the Post Office. Several phone messages have gone unanswered. They NEVER answer the phone. I never got a refund and never got my product. If that isn't fraud I don't know what is. I am just glad I am only out $50 + shipping a lot of other people got screwed worse than I did"

"This is the worst company I have ever ordered anything from. They have NO Customer Service. Order still pending and they were paid. in March by credit card. No response from anyone no matter how I try. Their ticket submission is a joke. Never order from these people. I guess I will have to get my credit card to deal with them. "

"I have tried to find a phone # for Cajun Supermaket to discuss the problems I had with the order I received. At this time I have not been able to locate them through yellowpages.com on line and they do not supply a phone # on the invoice or their web site. I would appreciate some help with this. The product I received was not what was advertised, and the quantity I thought I ordered was 2 boneless stuffed chickens per order, expecting to receive 3 boxes with 2 chickens in each box. Instead I received only 3 chickens total. They advertise boneless and their were bones in the wings and legs. I have bought this product at the grocery store many times (now unable to find it so thought I would order on line) and loved it but what they advertised and what I got were not the same product. And I would never pay $25.00 for one stuffed chicken, but for 2 boneless stuffed chickens I was willing to pay $25.00, however that is not what I got. "

"I placed an order of $133 plus Expedited shipping because it took almost a month to get my first order, so with the extra $75.49 in shipping, my order was $208. The Cajun Chef Smooth 3/16 Hamburger Sliced Dills 1 Gallon (Plastic) = $17.00 were bad...inedible. I requested a refund, and was sent an email saying I would get a replacement. I got neither. Also, the order was missing two items. It has now been a month, and I have sent 6 Support ticket posts. Still NO RESPONSE. I don't usually do reviews, but this place is terrible! I have now had to file a complaint with PayPal. I am letting them handle these people. I will never buy from them again."

"This was by far THE WORST company I have ever did business with. I bought one simple bottle of seasoning. Not only was my credit card charged TWICE on the exact day the order was placed but a month later I still have not received my order. I have called numerous times do resolve this issue but all they will tell me is they can take my name and order number and have someone call me back. They had no problem taking my money but it is impossible for them to tell me where my order is or let me speak to a manager. TAKE MY ADVICE, DO NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT do business with Cajun Supermarket! "

"I placed an order with Cajun Supermarket and canceled the order less than twenty four hours later. It clearly states on their web site that any order can be canceled with full refund as long as cancellation takes place before the order is shipped. When I canceled my order was still in process. To cancel I called their customer service line and then confirmed my conversation by e-mail. Although I was assured by the customer service people that my order would be canceled, and that I would receive a full credit, it was not and I did not. It was shipped and I refused it when the Postal Service attempted delivery. When my credit card company inquired about the order Cajun Supermarket responded as if the order had been completed normally.

Customer service at Cajun Supermarket is completely useless and unresponsive.

Be smarter than I was. Look at the Better Business Bureau's rating for Cajun Supermarket. They get an F, the lowest possible rating.

"I ordered a Tony Chachere's Seafood Turducken from Cajun Supermarket for Thanksgiving. I am from LA but this was awful. I wrote a scathing review of this product on the Cajun Supermarket webpage only to learn that my review would be reviewed by their personnel. Not surprisingly, my review was not posted. No profanity or outrageous claims on my part- bare facts, but no one visiting their website will ever read an accurate review of this product as far as they are concerned. Stay away from this place!"

Reason: Not as described/expected

This was 7 food items - 4 different kinds. This is a reason for returning something, not cancelling it by the merchant. How can what a merchant is selling be "not as described/expected." They're the ones selling it. They sell merchandise they don't expect - go figure! And they tell me over a month later. Go figure. At least I didn't get charged. Avoid this merchant - they haven't a clue how to run a web store.

"I ordered products but didn't receive them. I've opened support tickets and called. No one answers the tickets and when I called they told me to open a support ticket. The experience I have had with this vendor is common with the majority of it's customers. Bad customer service. I will not order from this vendor again and urge you not to as you will be gambling on what you'll get.

Almost all of the reviews I have read about Cajun Super Market are negative. You have got to be doing something wrong if this many people are unhappy with your service. If I had read the reviews before I would not have bought anything from them.

"I ordered from them and their website duplicated my order. I submitted a "ticket" on their support site to cancel one order and submit the other and they still haven't answered it. When I call I'm told the number is just to place orders, not to for customer support and they'll have customer support call me. I called 3 times and am still waiting for customer service to call me. They processed both orders and shorted me items on both order but charged me for both orders. They aren't accepting emails, they don't answer tickets, and so far they haven't called me. I only got one email from them with an invoice number so don't have an invoice number for the other. Order numbers were #14445 and #14446. I'm very frustrated with lack of caring or support for their customers and unless this is corrected, I will be very hesitant to order again."

"I first ordered from this company a few months ago through Shop.com. they sent one item instead of the two which I was charged for. Eventually they refunded it. I tried them again and have been waiting 2 weeks, but my order is still being "processed", although my credit card was charged immediately.
