"After 4 business days and not receiving a shipping confirmation, I emailed them using the "Contact Us" form on their website. I received NO response. Two days later, I called the number on their website, and was greeted by a man that answered with "This is Cecil." How professional. I told him that I had yet to receive anything other than an order confirmation, and he assured me that he would ship the product out that day. 4 business days later, I still received no shipping confirmation, so I called back ("This is Cecil" again), and at this point told Cecil that I was done doing business with him and asked if he would cancel my order and refund my money. He assured me he would. Two days later, I get a UPS e-mail informing me that a shipping label had been printed out, and that the item was ready to be delivered TO UPS for shipping. Now, another FULL day later, the shipping status is the same, indicating that CB printed the shipping label (AFTER I asked for my order to be cancelled, and Cecil telling me he would), but has yet to deliver the item to UPS for shipping.
This is some of the WORST customer service and business practices I have EVER seen, and I shop online quite a bit. I will NEVER shop from this site again.
