"I ordered first time from this company in May. Order and delivery were fine. But in August I got a letter saying my credit card info was stolen from this site along with 500,000 others. A company called Network Solutions had a problem with malware. They were told by all merchants NOT to tell the customers the merchant's name cause they might not buy there again. So I took the date and researched and saw it could only be this company who shows Network Solutions at the bottom, was done on the date I ordered,....no one else fit.
Just a warning that such information is not safe here at all. But the merchant hiding this from the customers, I cannot...cannot forget or forgive. In South Carolina the Consumer affairs said the customers there would get complete details. Apparently that didn't apply to the rest of the country. Sorry, little mom and pop store, you aren't honest with me...I don't want to talk to you anymore. And I hope no one else does either. No apology...no nothing....NO BUSINESS.

I called up the phone number listed on the website: ***-***-****. Immediately a woman picked up the phone and I explained my situation. She had no way of knowing if I was telling the truth or just trying to get some free cables. However she took my order and told me they would send out the missing cables immediately!! Within 2 days, less than 48 hours after I had called, the replacement cables were sent out to me--overnighted to me at no charge.
I have used cablesnmor for years, mainly because of the low prices--but this level of customer service just bowled me over. I was truly impressed how responsive they were to my concern and how quickly they rectified the situation, especially considering that their prices are lower than just about everyone else.

"Ordered an 'S22191 35" SCSI Drive 3 Devices' cable. The cable was made backwards. Thus the cable had to be badly twisted to align to pin one for each device. I wrote two e-mails asking for help (01/21 and 01/28). I have received no response (01/30 10pm cst).
