if you do not need this battery, you can refuse delivery when it comes to you. then it will be back to our

"OMG...I can't believe I also fell for the Canadian Flag, the "next day shipping" and the Canada Post shipping promise. Credit card charged right away and battery never shipped until I emailed weeks later. Nobody answers the phone number. Still nothing. Received an email reply from "Cecile" which was a poorly translated Chinese message saying that my battery would soon arrive...and that it was shipped from the US. After reading this, I doubt I'll ever get the battery or my $60. SCAM ALERT!!!! Can't something be done?"

"Like others, I just read these reviews after placing a order and not receiving any confirmation, acknowledgement, or anything. I have opened a paypal dispute in anticipation, we will see how far it goes. From a overview, their website looks legit until you start to look closely at things like where the paypal email is going to, the non-contact information available. I ordered a MacBook battery and will likely never receive it. FIrst time I've been scammed by a seller. Time to look elsewhere.

After escalating the paypal dispute I am happy that the seller refunded me the money. The seller never replied to any of my emails.

"BEWARE!!! SCAM ALERT!! I ordered an item on Sept. 7th. They charged my credit card and claimed to ship the item on Sept. 13th and provided a tracking number. I never received my item. Attempts to e-mail customer service resulted in repeated automated replies asking me to be patient. Calling the number on the website was pointless, it just rings continuously and nobody ever answers. I have requested a number to contact them, no reply. I ordered a replacement MacBook battery nearly a month ago and it has yet to arrive, despite the battery listed as "in stock" and CA-batteries offering "fast shipping via Canada post. Unlike the website and company name suggests, all shipping and customer service is clearly from China. "Grace" at customer service does little but lie and placate in broken English. Shame on me for not researching more before ordering from them. If you haven't been suckered in yet, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! "

Will not charge, but looks good.

"We also thought this was a Canadian company. We received this battery and it is garbage..does not hold a charge. Pay pal started to help and would give us a refund but we had to pay return shipping...$67.00 in postage was more than what we paid for the battery so would have been out even more money.

"Although the company doesn't monitor comments on this website they should. At least I feel better about venting here. I too was mislead to think their batteries come from Canada not Singapore. Forget FAST SHIPPING via Canada Post! I have been waiting 2 weeks for my battery. They did answer my request for a tracking number but so far it has been shipped from Singapore is all I know. I hope it works when I get it."
"Stay away from this company. Their products are not shipped from Canada but from Singapour.and when they do arrive they are totally rubbish. I purchased two new batteries for a Macbook Pro 17" and a Toshiba. Received the battery for the Toshiba but still waiting for the Mac battery. Their customer service is non-existent, they do not reply to emails nor answer the telephone. I have started a dispute through Paypal."
"CROOKS! Ordered 2 mac laptop batteries - received them and followed the necessary instructions to bring them to what should have been a fully charged working battery. One battery would die after 15 minutes, the other would last about 30 minutes. Finally made contact and after several emails, they offered to replace the 2 batteries. We asked for a refund because clearly our trust was broken. They said they would take them back and would also pay for our shipping. Well, big surprise, neither of these things happened. They sent back 2 batteries - probably the same ones we sent back and have not reimbursed our shipping costs, plus they do not reply to our emails. WARNING!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! "I placed an order thinking this was a Canadian company. I waited about 3 days and emailed them because I didn't hear back from anyone and I received a tracking number. I did email and ask them about being outside of Canada no response. I did receive the battery and it is not even the correct model from my laptop. I have emailed them 3 times twice to request an rma and now I simply just want my money back and want to give them back their battery which is not for my model of laptop. They have yet to respond. Please please before you buy from a company online always check to see if they are legit. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Asked 3 times to receive return merchandize authorization and never received it. Luckily this was paid through Paypal because after posting a dispute with them, I received satisfaction and refunded my purchase price. If there are these many disputes against this company, I wonder why Paypal still continues to serve as financial intermediary."
