"DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered an ata raid card for $15 and they charged my card immediately. 10 days later, i still did not receive any emails with any status of my order. I repeatedly called only to get an answering machine. Finally, i got a call through and the person on the phone made up some excuse about the product being backordered until "today" (how convenient for them) and that he "can" ship it out today, speaking as if he was doing me a favor. Stay away at all costs, its not worth the trouble! Terrible service and prices arent much better than a good company such as newegg, mwave, or svc compucycle."

"LOUSY!! What can you say about a company that accepts your order, charges your credit card and five days later sends you a email that the order has been cancelled due to the merchandise being on backorder??
This means the are "pre-selling" merchandise not available but expected to arrive shortly. What else do you need to know to avoid headaches?
I will NEVER try this company again!

My order went out in a few days and everything was packaged well when I receive the items. They have good pricing on their products. I'm looking for to ordering with them again. "
