"The communication at this center has been an issue for awhile now. My son just moved up to a new classroom. I was NEVER told he was transitioning or who his new teachers would be. In the past I have gotten a paper in his cubby and an email stating when transition would be begin and who the teachers would be. I picked my son up to find out he was in a different classroom. This does not sit well with me. The director needs to let us know what is going on. I’m on the waiting list for another center and then we will be leaving. This center use to be great.. not anymore.

"Overall we love it. We LOVED the old director, the new one seems disengaged and I'm less than thrilled with her communication. Our baby just moved from nursery 1 to nursery 2 and there was no formal information from the director. Usually we get a handout with SOME information. One of the teachers had to tell me and I still had to ask questions on what to do."

"Children need consistency in a daily education setting. Ever since the new director, Kristina took over last year I have noticed so much turnover in every single classroom. No parent wants to keep having their child's teacher changed, but especially in the rooms where it matters most. The Preschool and Pre-K classrooms have lost the great teachers that were there for years and truly cared about my child's education and were great at communicating. At some as a parent you have to stop waiting for the center to make good changes and draw the line. I have pulled my children from Childtime and it has been the best choice I have made for their education. The District Manager is aware of all the unhappy parents, the amount of children being pulled out, and the horrible turnover rate, and how unhappy people are with the director and assistant director, yet nothing is done about it, must be she cares too much about her other centers in Raleigh to put time in effort into this school. I feel like they did nothing to even get me to stay. "

"The hardest thing about both parents working full-time jobs is that you have to trust other people to help raise your children during your children's most formative years. Thankfully, for me, that stress is mostly relieved because the staff at this school have shown so much love and affection towards my children. They treat my kids like unique individuals, not just another head to count. In each classroom, a teacher has formed a special bond with my kids and they have become extended family. I'm sure there may be some schools with more rigorous academic programs and other fancy programs that allegedly will make your child a genius classical pianist by the age of 5, but you would be hard pressed to find a more loving, nurturing environment than this school. And that's what's most important to me."

"Unfortunately when Kristina took over things began to get messy and the quality of education began to go down hill. Good teachers that have worked at Childtime for a long time quit and it seems like they don't care who they hire. Kristina never goes into a classroom and does not know any of the children by their names or their parents. While paying a bill Kristina said "What's your child's name again?" This concerned me. How does she not know the name of my child? The center does not even have that many children and has been there for over a year now. I have never met a director so unkind, no personality and so unsocial. To make matters worse they have a sad excuse for an assistant director who has absolutely no idea what she is doing and just sits in a chair all day. This center could be great if they would put some money into much needed updates and got rid of the Kristina and Shon and replaced them with bubbly, nice, social, warm and loving administrators. It is sad to me the amount of children that have left. Does the District manager really not see what is happening or does she not care? The lack of care is deeply concerning. I am thankful we took our children out."

"Veronica in the 2 year old room is absolutely amazing! My son truly loves her and asks if he gets to go to school to see her every night when I put him to bed, even though he is no longer in her room. I wish all teachers could be as caring and attentive as she is."
