"Our overall experience has been great. Issues have been few and far in between and have always been resolved with a sense of urgency.In the last few years the center has improved a great deal. I credit this to the addition of Mrs LaVon as the director.She is very warm and inviting and gives you the feeling she truly cares about every one of the children in the center. She is more hand on then directors in the past. She has made some great improvements to the summer camp program!"

They have taken the time to get to know him, and when he needed to transition between classes they did everything they could to make it as smooth as possible. They have also been very responsive to any concerns that I have voiced. I am grateful to have found them!"

"My overall experience is not amazing. To be honest I haven't felt fully comfortable expressing my opinion openly with the director of the school. When I need to speak she's either not there or already talking to somebody else. Director is more protective over her staff and less over student or parent. I've had several little issues but nothing so so major I have to pull her. she only has one more year left. The older the child the better off here because they are able to defend themselves by speaking up about w/e. Staff has bad tempers!? Why? Don't like working here?"

"I love it and the staff. My child is happy even if she is only there for 3 and half hours. Honestly just knowing she isn't even there 4hrs and you guys want to charge me more makes me so angry! If this can't be resolved we are looking somewhere else."
"The staff is friendly, the school is clean and I love the child/teacher ratio, it's close to home. The only thing I don't like is they are closed a lot of holidays, which is inconvenient for me and also wish they had before school program."

"We absolutely love our son's teacher. Ms Sabrina is warm and caring, and very good with her children. As a matter of fact, she's the only reason why we have stayed with the school. We have found that the teachers themselves are amazing, but the director and the assistant director are dismissive, condescending, and will do anything they can to not take ownership of any issues. They throw the teachers under the bus whenever there's a problem and say that the teacher was supposed to contact us instead of responding to correspondences that were addressed to them directly. TLDR, the teachers are phenomenal, the director not so much."
