"I liked the camera feature. I liked the food program. The staff seemed open and nice to my face but the director made it seem like my child was a problem and they didn’t want to care for her. She cried a lot. She wanted to be held. She oftentimes held onto the pants of a trusted adult. I know none of this is ideal. But once evaluation showed she has special needs why couldn’t we find a way to work together? She wasn’t violent with staff or other kids. She was a scared baby. I feel like there no place for my developmentally delayed baby at this school. I had no idea she was delayed. This was their comments and assessment…especially since she’s not walking at 13 months but she was 6 weeks premature so this isn’t really a delay. Again, I just feel like they don’t want to deal with her because she wouldn’t quickly fall into line. She’s was there 24 days. Sick for almost 10. And shuffled non stop between two rooms. How could she possible acclimate?"

"Our child has been going here for a long time and she had an incident outside on the playground where she got stung in the eye bye a wasp? or mosquito? they always change their story! and the same happened to her other eye the next week. Why do you have kids playing on the playground if there are wasps and bees? I have no clue. Today she came home with a scrape on her forehead and her teacher has no clue what happened! How do you have no clue if you’re supposed to be watching them? She came home crying saying some things like she got “pow pow” and we still can’t get access to the cameras they installed. If the teachers have too many kids to watch that’s a problem."

"The school has been great! My only problem/deal breaker is the notice the school gives to parents when they will be closed for a teacher training. For instance, a sign was placed yesterday, Wednesday stating the school will be closed on Monday. That’s a 3 day notice for parents to figure Out what to do with their child/children. My child attends this school full time and of course like staff and parents I have to make arrangements for my child to be cared for on the off day. At least a months notice or even 2 weeks would be enough but 3 days is nowhere near enough time to give a parent (especially a full time working parent). I am very considerate and feel it is very inconsiderate to give a parent such a short notice of the school being closed and quite unprofessional!"
