When you walk in the classroom- most teachers do not speak to parents nor introduce themselves. Front office staff sometimes unprofessional. I also felt like my child was not learning enough."
"I have referred a lot of families to Childtime as at one point it had great quality of care. At this point I could not refer families as I am not satisfied with the quality of care. There are numerous staff changes that are not communicated with parents. We have loss a great asset (Lynn) to the center amongst other staff. The director is not person/family friendly. I hope that the center can regain its quality of care back. The registration fee is a joke. A fee is administered for a spot that my children already have and had for over 3 years. There’s no active sports for the kids like Taft Rd had (Soccer Shots). "It has been a good experience. But I think they may need to introduce better hygiene skills. My son had got rash on his face and the doctor says it from not having proper hand washing skills. And a few times I picked my son up and his face was dirty."

"It was great being there. We enjoyed every bit of the place. Technology and safety wise the school is on point. I love the fact that I can access my child's daily activities right from my phone and get to see what goes on with her in school. I was particularly happy about the CCTV and also the entrance which needs a password before entry can be allowed. On the whole I will say I will say I was impressed."

"I have a lot of experiences with daycares and my grand daughter goes to this center, she comes home filthy, not fed, starving, thirsty, with her booty red as red could be from not changing her diaper when she poops.. she is 1 year old and at several ocassions I have walked in and she is crying and they are not doing anything but sitting on their chair with tablet instead of taking care of the kids.. they feed them by placing the food on their tray, not even plate and they let them eat that way, which as you know most babies throw all their food on floor... they don't care and when you say anything is always a look like you are speaking to them in other language. if we could find another day care we would put her there but there is no opennings anywhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE TO ANYONE... THE DIRECTOR IS RUDE AND THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY.. ALL THEY WANT IS THEIR MONEY... PERIOD.. "
