"We’ve had our daughter Childtime for just over a year and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of care they provide for her and our family. We had a rough go around with our first daycare when we moved to the area, so I certainly was nervous about a new environment. However, Childtime exceeded our expectations and treated both our daughter and mom and dad like family from day 1. Our daughter ADORES her teachers in the twos classroom, including the rest of the staff as well, and I just can’t say enough about how kind they are. The consistent updates in the app about playtime, what they are learning, mealtime, potty time, and nap time make us constantly feel reassured, and I love that I can check in and watch the live stream of the classroom throughout the day. The ladies in charge, Angel and Seymone, are so warm and welcoming and never once made me doubt placing our girl in their facility. I cannot recommend this daycare enough, we are so incredibly grateful for them!"

While the teachers are nice, our daughter is spending lots of time awake in her crib, not receiving bottles on time or at all, being left unattended while eating, and was able to pull a plastic bag into her crib from on top of the changing table, which went unnoticed by staff until I called and informed them."

"We have had an absolutely wonderful time here. The administrative staff is always welcoming whenever we walk in. They are also incredibly patient and communicative - super plus for this. Seymone is as genuine on day 100 as she is on day 1. My son is excited to go to school everyday and always has stories for me about what they did that day on our drive home. His teachers have been great! The entire school staff is involved and they all have positives attitudes always. Ms. Sasha, Ms. Shani and Ms. Zena have made a positive impact on him for sure. "My son is in the two's class here at the Stone Mountain Childtime and I am absolutely thrilled with the level of detail provided by the entire staff. However, when he moved up to the Two's class with Ms. Angel L I truly noticed a difference in how much attention was being given to all the children and their daily lesson plans. In Ms. Angel's class all the pictures come with notes on what the children are learning, doing, or eating. Sometimes the notes give a deeper insight in to why a game is being played or what skills are trying to be learned by the current activity. I couldn't be more thrilled for him to have teachers like this around."

"My general experience with this particular center has been tough. A teacher teaches a child out of pure love for children. The things my son gets sent home for is what all normal two year olds experience when dealing with terrible twos. The communication is **** poor. And that was even stated by the director. They said my son acted up for almost 2 months and they said nothing to me nor my husband about it. So when something serious happens, that’s when it all comes up all at once. Not okay. Every child is different. You do not need to work in childcare if you’re not prepared to learn, and build a bind with every child. Whether they’re having a good day or a bad day. Even if a teacher is feeling frustrated from the numbers in the room, and can’t get help, that’s no reason to take it out in my son. The director and regional director have know each other for years. Doing something for a long time doesn’t mean you’re doing it right, nor does it mean it can’t be improved."

"I love all of the teachers. My child has been there since she was 4 months old. All of the teachers are knowledgeable, caring, patient, and attentive. If they ever had a concern, they always let me know. She will be there for pre-k and, once things go back to normal, after school care."
