"I do feel like it is a bit pricy and the fact that we have to still pay tuition if our child is sick or I’m sick and unable to make it to school is a negative experience for me. Being that my child’s teacher is not consistently there daily/weekly is a concept as well. I know I enrolled my child later in the year. But my experience at the school when my oldest daughter went back in 2017 was much better than it is now. To be transparent, I feel as if my child is in a high priced day care, versus an early learning center to assist with my child’s learning development. From what I can see right now, they feed my child, take them to the potty, nap time and do arts and crafts periodically. I don’t see where my child is being challenged educationally as my first daughter was. Maybe because the new teacher are younger than 6 years ago. But I do believe early education teachers should still be able to do some basics."

"Most of the time I love it, but there seems to be a lack of communication between staff and the lack of app use is frustrating. I love seeing the updates and pictures, but it happens so infrequently. My son does like to go and seems to always have fun and his teachers do seem to really care for and enjoy him which is important to me."

"Overall Childtime has been wonderful for my child. There has been quiet the turnover in teachers so it's been hard to get to know the teachers assigned in my child's classroom or within the school, which leads to some confusion on whose responsible for my child throughout the day. Additionally, during drop off and pick up there has been times when there were more teachers and students, (i.e. classroom teacher isn't there) and not sure where I can drop my child off or who I can speak to if something does come up concerning my child for the day. Overall the the school is great but there is also room for improvement since we pay a higher cost for the school, but you don't get the higher quality service."

"Overall we have been happy, we really love Ms. Tierra who our son has been with since he started. I love the diversity of the students and that my son gets to learn not just from the teachers but his classmates too."

"Really great so far. My only issue is with the lack of care with street shoes being allowed in the infant room without booties. And I wish there was more engagement with the infants who can’t crawl yet. They seem to just get put down and left to their own devices which aren’t a lot yet. I never feel like they are dangerously neglected. I would like to see a little more engagement with those who can’t engage on their own yet."

"Wonderful experience. For first time parents, we couldn’t ask for better people to take care of our daughter while we work. She has been reaching milestones quickly and we feel that has to do with her teachers and the curriculum at ChildTime. We feel fortunate to have found Miss Melissa and her staff."
