"Wonderful experience in summer camp! My six year old daughter loves Childtime and her teachers. I receive several updates throughout the day and several pictures of my daughter and the activities they are doing. My daughter looks forward to going each day!"

"I enjoy the interest and ability the staff has with talking with parents on a daily basis. My son has had a lot of change thrown at him in the last couple of months (new school, new home, new friends, new baby) and he has responded as well as can be expected for a 3 year old. The staff really wants him to learn to adapt well and have been working with us to help him adapt better."

"Before the change in director we loved everything. Now things have changed and there seems to be more turnover with the teachers. Many of the teachers are wonderful however half the time I don’t even know who my children’s teacher is."

"When my son was an infant I would have answered excellent to every question. In the last several years as he's grown, the teacher turnover has effected his class multiple times; the lack of creativity has diminished; the teacher/director excitement is gone; the summer camp this year was a joke (we basically paid for a tshirt, no extra COVID safe activities); and, the promise of a Jr kindergarten will not happen because of school aged children and needing the space for them (apparently preparing our children for school is not as important). I was told CT needed 7 children and we had 5 interested and the director said CT would advertise. I never saw materials. The director has bern been lackluster with follow through and I feel she used school aged children as an scapegoat. Due to COVID and the age of my son, we will not be looking for another center but I hope it can become the center it once was."

"We are having a very good experience here. Maybe because this is our first experience with daycare/preschool, we seem to have lots of questions and sometimes the answers aren't always totally understood by us. We find ourselves asking for clarification often. Also, my child loves tumblebus, but we might cut it out as we feel $15 per week is expensive especially when the bus only comes every-other week.A suggestion I have is to please post the lunch schedule online "

"Everyone here has been friendly and welcoming since we first toured. They are very attentive to all the children and we are always greeted at drop off and at pick up they tell us about their day. I love the interactive app that allows the teachers to send the parents updates throughout their child(s) day. Our son has grown to be more interactive with other kids, he’s enjoying crafting, and drop off’s have improved greatly with the help of his wonderfully patient teacher!"

"The director is great, but the teachers are underqualified, some teachers don’t even look like they like kids. The pre-K and preschool classroom sizes are overwhelming. 10:1 ratio is too much considering the behavior of the children enrolled."
