Pretty old, old toys etc.. compare to other location, it makes us want to move... (Premiere academy, 5miles away, almost same price, and nothing to compare...)Considering moving there"

"Overall, the experience has been a positive one. Our daughter is well taken care of and she loves to attend. The communication has improved since she started and I hope it stays that way. My only complaint is the timing of the teacher training. It would be best if the training is done after hours as we rely on the the care in order to work. If after hours is not entirely an option, I request that you consider doing it on a Friday rather than a Monday. I think most parents would agree that Mondays at work are generally busier than any other day of the week."

"If it wasn’t so expensive, and I’d my children weren’t always sick due to class sizes, we would stay. We feel comfy with the staff, they are aware of my older child’s needs. But health is a huge issue and your policies around being absent just promote people to send their kids to school sick. I can’t take it anymore. I can’t afford to pay people not to watch my children when I can’t bring them to daycare because they are sick because of the daycare in the first place."

"We’ve had a child in care here for over a year and recently added a second. I will say that I think the teachers in the classrooms are great for the most part. They work really hard with the kids to get them up to their developmental milestones. There have been a few incidences that were questionable, but when I brought them up, the staff owned it and corrected the issues.

However. The price has gone up almost $70 in a week per student since we began, and a friend of mine called for pricing on their kids and we’re told it’s even MORE expensive than what I’m paying even though our kids are the same age. I suspect that means my bill we get raised again. They told us it was because of “inflation” but we know it’s because of corporate greed. There also a TON of illness at this school and they don’t enforce sick policies. I know for a fact that kids have tested positive for Rsv, Covid, hand foot and mouth, and notices to parents Haven’t gone out. They only give you two weeks “vacation” where you’re required to only pay half of tuition, but with all the sickness that runs through this daycare you use that up in January and then they expect you to pay, for 2 kids, $700plu dollars per week to hold your kids spot if they’re absent. They’re not even doing any work but they expect to get paid. I don’t know what you have to make in order to afford taking a week off of work to take care of your sick kid while also paying someone to not watch them, but it’s definitely well above 6 figures.
So, despite the fact we enjoy most of the staff, we are daycare shopping and have already learned that most places in the area are at least $100 per week cheaper for the same center-based quality, and 200-300 per week cheaper for in home quality. "

"The management does not make safety a top priority. There have been numerous state licensing regulations broken at this school."

"We are very pleased with the care our son has received at ChildTime. When he first entered daycare less than six months ago, he was behind developmentally in a number of areas. Already we have seen dramatic improvements in many of of these areas, including fine motor skills, communication, problem solving and willingness to try new things. Our son also has pediatric feeding disorder and the staff and director have been helping us through the process of getting accommodations for him. We feel that all of our concerns are addressed promptly and professionally."

"When we started at this center, the school was run very well in all aspects. Unfortunately, the school has becoming lacking in supervision and attention to detail. We've had recurring issues with another student that appear to go undocumented or unaddressed. My child now avoids / asks NOT to go to the center whenever possible. He has told me he doesn't feel safe or happy there. We are actively considering other options, if possible."

"My issues have only arisen since our director was temporarily moved to another school since their director abruptly quit. But I am researching other care options for my child despite my previous wonderful experience for 4+ years at this location. It makes me so sad to have to consider this but my child comes first."

I feel like my child is cared for, but there is a classroom bully that is abusing my child, other children and , and it has gone undocumented and unresolved. I have spoken to staff about it on several occasions and the problematic behavior persists with this child. I am not being updated properly on the resolution of this issue."

"The tuition has continuously been raised while my child's school has not received any new toys, furniture, playground equipment, cleaning services, teacher raises, art supplies, etc... However, since the tuition has been raised the schools budget has been cut. The children now receive less money spent on them each for food too. I am extremely concerned and confused as to where the tuition money goes to weekly because it is not back to the children or school."
