"I truly cannot say enough good things about Childtime Saratoga. My son started at 10 weeks old which was very challenging as a first-time mom, but they welcomed him with open arms. I receive constant updates daily and my son runs into school. He is greeted daily by name by everyone we pass (directors, teachers). We have created genuine bonds with his teachers and other families that attend. As a local teacher myself I have seen several of my own students come in from Childtime that have had flawless transitions and flourish in kindergarten. I am due with my second child next month and cannot wait to send him to Childtime!"

"We have had a very positive experience with Childtime. After a short closing period, they made quick adjustments when COVID hit and did a good job keeping care open during this pandemic. Everyone is friendly and the environment feels very safe/secure.Some teachers are better communicators than others. We would like a little more communication at pickup/dropoff regarding important needs/events for our child. Constant posts in SproutAbout are great so we can see what our child's current activities, but we don't get much communication directly from teachers/admins regarding our child specifically.There are many varied activities for our child to participate in. I think there are a few extra activities that feel like we're being nickled and dimed for having to pay extra for (Amazing Athletes/Summer Camp) and seem like things that could be built into the normal curriculum/schedule in a way that doesn't make them extra add-ons. For the most part though, we get our money's worth out of Childtime."

"My son Cash attends Childtime in Saratoga Springs, NY. As a first-time mom I had to drop him off at only 10 weeks old. I cannot say enough about the warmth and compassion they had for me and my son. He is now 15 months old and runs into the school every morning. The way he has flourished socially and academically has been amazing to see. As a public school teacher myself I have had many students come from the Childtime Program more than prepared for kindergarten! We are so thankful for our Childtime, the teachers, and administration for all they have done for our son (even during a global pandemic)!"

"Overall, the experience has been great. The teachers and staff are all warm and welcoming and seem to be invested in my child's experience. The one thing I wish was done better is sharing more of the daily routine, what goes on during the day and how my child is doing. Also, the teachers tend to change from day to day which is fine but I would like to be updated on what teacher will be with my child that day and why there is a change."

"Very happy with the school experience overall. Our child is learning a lot and getting quality time with other children her age. COVID has made things more complicated, but Childtime has done very well throughout. They might want to focus a little more on 1:1 communication. Also we do miss the original operating hours that started at 7AM."
