"We starting back in 2018 and we would definitely call that the hey-day of the center. There have been a lot of changes and things went a little downhill for a bit but they are getting better. The communication is getting better. But I still think more can be done. We (and other parents) feel like there is not that family feeling at the center anymore. The teachers are fantastic and we have no complaints about them. But the overall feel is not the same. And it all starts at the top. If you want real answers, you have a townhall and have a group of parents be completely honest and gather feedback. We all talk about it already when all the parents hang out. You would know exactly what everyone would like to see, versus online surveys."

"Overall not impressed with the school. Indiividual teachers assistant directors are amazing, but like the overall support and experience, to really elevate the program. It would’ve been preferable to bring out a new Director that had experience, as opposed to promoting someone with no experience in that role,"

"Generally, I absolutely love my Childtime! I feel like my Childtime is a diamond in the rough compared to the stories I hear about other daycares and also from my experience touring daycares when I was first looking. Though there have been a lot of admin and teacher changes, the school has definitely held strong. I love that a lot of the teachers know me by name and know my kids personally. I feel confident to have my kids at Childtime because I know they are in great hands with the staff."

Moving her to this school was perfect timing, she had outgrown her in-home daycare and was ready to learn, and she has been learning and growing so much! "Staff is friendly and you can see how much they care about the children. But I would like more communication especially if schedules and classes are switched for my child. We've only had one teacher conference since we enrolled last summer. I would also like some sort of progress report that can be given to parents in between each parent conference. I also feel homework should be given or projects to complete at home. As a teacher, preparing students for kindergarten is very important and it should start at an early age. My daughter is almost 4 and she should start receiving some type of homework or projects to complete at home at this age."
