Unfortunately, the quality personnel left and the remaining staff appears overwhelmed with the situation. Big classes often combined do to understaffing fosters ruff playing among the kids. Outside time is often cut. Announcement that only 2 weeks per year are granted vacation rate at 50% does not match the current quality provided with respect to staffing. In addition to weeks where days are off due to observed holiday or teacher days and the entire week is charged"
