"We chose childtime based on price, location logistics, and provided meals. After watching the turnover of teachers exceed a normal rate, we had concerns. Once our son was given an allergen and the story was lied about, we started looking elsewhere. That said, our son loves his main classroom teacher (not the one who gave him the allergen, which occurred during breakfast), and we are willing to keep him with her until he ages out. We really had much higher hopes for Childtime, but in the end the quality of childcare has fallen well below our expectations. This is not to say that there are great and caring teachers at this location, but rather that the culture developed by the director has seemingly broken many good teachers of a willingness to do more, sent many teachers packing, and kept teachers around who don’t have a clue about early education."
