"My biggest disappointment is the change in reservation fee. With twin toddlers, I do not think its fait to pay >$400 for a week they are not in attendance. Because of this, we are considering finding alternative child care"

"Once children are old enough to be out of the infant room our experience has always gotten better. The school has some of the more weaker teachers in that room. Confusing children with the same name multiple times was just incredibly concerning. You are trusting these people with your child and they cannot accurately communicate in an app with a picture of my child. Just makes you really question everything."

"The directors are great and engaging. The teacher for the one year olds is very nurturing and works on projects with the kids. The teacher for the older two's is a little cold towards us as the parent and towards our children when we drop them off. She is not there when we pick them up except for one time and that one time she ignored us. She does not work on projects with the kids. Maybe she needs additional help in the class. The teacher for the 3 year olds is new but so far she seems fun and energetic which is what that age group needs."

"I like the director but the teachers can be hit or miss and not consistent. Other day care centers in the area offer streaming of their cameras. If you truly believe you and your staff are the best, you'd open that viability up to the parents. Is there something to hide?"

"We love the teachers. Only negatives were our youngest being bitten and scratched so much and communication between staff at times."

"Over all this is a good school there are some teachers that are amazing (Mrs. Alba and Mrs. Kat) and the director and assistant director are good at listening to concerns that I might have. Just unfortunately no consistency of teacher in my child’s class this year and too many questionable things come up and it takes at least a day if not 2 to get figured out and resolved due them having to ask so many different teacher."
