"Love it here. Everyone I interact with knows and greets me and my child each day. The teachers seem genuinely excited to see my son each time I bring him in. I get great feedback on his day and they’ve been happy to accommodate my requests (practicing self-feeding). I wish the infant class still provided food. It’s a bit pricy but I can see what I’m paying for (they’ve always had the correct teacher/child ratio, the SproutAbout app lets me see my son in real time, and I get notifications throughout the day)."
"Exceptional level of care, education and safety. We drive over 20 minutes a day to this daycare because of how great the staff is here. There are many daycare centers closer to our home but none of them compare with the genuine care and concern the staff at Childtime provides. Our daughters eyes light up with excitement when she knows she’s going to school. We couldn’t be happier."
"My experience overall has been Amazing. The care the teachers (especially Catherine) provide my son is top notch. This school year they have begun a show and tell, and letter of the week, as well as volunteer readers which I enjoy. The teachers take the time to know my son, and comfort him when he needs it. My son is provided with many educational experiences throughout the day to enhance his motor skills, literacy skills and social skills. There is always a welcoming environment in the morning, and the teachers provide great daily updates with photos and educational background.(feel free to use the top portion of the comment for any reviews you may need and cut this part out)I really feel that there would be value in investing in updates for this location, being in Orchard Park (a rather high-income area) many families would choose this location with these phenomenal teachers, if they had other things they were looking for such as, newer playgrounds, technology, updated paint, and shelves or cubbies."

"Overall our experience has been very positive. We really appreciate and take notice of the amount of care all of the staff provide our children. Our only concern at this time is the lack of staffing resulting in room closures. While we understand why rooms need to close, it creates a lot of stress for us regarding our jobs. We also understand that the hiring process for new teachers takes some time as it is extremely important that the right individuals are taking care of all of the children they interact with. We’re hoping this issue gets rectified soon for all the children to have stability with familiar faces."
"This school is amazing. Communication and daily updates are awesome, the activities provided in the classroom are phenomenal and there is always a “why” for each activity. Everything is included in tuition and makes it so easy! Director and all other staff are friendly and always so helpful! My son loves his teacher, Catherine and she is always just as happy to see him. The toddler teachers are top notch always providing activities as well as making sure each child knows they are loved.We love childtime!"

"I am sure that the teaching situation is difficult at the moment, but the overall feeling in the school is not very warm. The teachers don't really engage much with us as a family which leads to me wonder how the feeling is while we are not around. Hopefully warmer... it just doesn't feel as warm as we would like."
"WONDERFUL!! Our child has grown by leaps and bounds, is loved and cared for by everyone at the school like he is their own, and he loves them! He is challenged and encouraged, and hugged. The school has become like family to us, while still being incredibly professional. I love that the staff are always learning new ways of teaching and new activities and skillsets. I also love how the corporate office treats them--they promote from within as much as possible, have high expectations, and take care of their employees. I recommend this school to EVERYONE"
