"Director is horrible. She will not communicate with you. She will push you off on the assistant, which will not let you speak. She will continuously speak over. You never has an answer for any question."

"The teachers and administrators have always been attentive to our children. Babies and toddlers ages 0 to 2 years old can be a concern due to exposure to illnesses. We have questioned the daily sanitation requirements. We do not know if there have been any violations; we were concerned because of the amount of exposure during the flu season. We have remained because we are satisfied overall with the daycare."

"Really the main issue that I have is the rule regarding them to be at the daycare by a certain time or they can't come. That means if she has a doctor's appointment for a well baby check up or her therapy I have to take off an entire day of work or find alternate childcare. I understand it for making sure the staffing and meals are sufficient. But if the daycare is given a timely notice of the appointment, and the approximate time that the child would be arriving, they would still be able to plan out the meals and staff."

"i have a toddler under one yr old and i love her teacher she takes pride in her work and you can tell. i also have a 6yr and a 10yr and they are really happy with their experience at daycare overall if they would work on adding more staff so other wouldnt have fill in (substitute) for other teacher would be a better environment for staff and children. I also feel like when staff are substituting they should take more pride and quality of work because is not the children fault their under staffed."

"My daughter has been hurt twice at this facility and one time I was informed the second time I had to inform the school. It was frustrating at the time. They have great teachers but also teachers who do not pay attention so just a coin toss sometimes. I would like them to stay consistent on payments and communicate with one another. Have been told one thing and then told completely opposite by someone else."
