"We’ve had a decent overall experience with the school. We have issues with staffing and the quality of staff. You will have a good teacher for a month and then a terrible one for a month. Someone that updates all day long in the app and then someone who doesn’t use it. Sometimes they do incident reports and sometimes they do not. It just becomes frustrating. I highly recommend teachers coming in before 8 when all the kids do oppose to having two teachers there and all the kids in the school until help arrives"

There needs to be more attention on this school to ensure quality people are being hired and that the expectations we were provided when we first enrolled our son are being managed.If this means an increase in rates, so be it. "I feel like we're basically paying for a babysitter. When we first applied it was our understanding that there were lessons and activities that would be followed and communicated to us. We thought we would have support with potty training, and we did initially, but communication has completely fallen off. We thought we would be receiving updates regarding incidents as well, but when our son has injuries (thankfully only mild), the staff never seem to know what happened.It's our understanding that this is due to staffing issues, but when good staff leave, nothing seems to considered about why they left. I feel most of the staff cares about our son, but there still doesn't seem to be much support."

"Good apart from the fact that we have to pay regardless of whether our child goes to daycare or not. We shouldn’t have to pay for holidays, sick days, or weather days. I’m sure the parents that don’t pay due to government assistance don’t mind but parents paying $300+ a week find it to be robbery, paying for a service that you’re not receiving."

"I feel they are somewhat short staffed right now. The kids don't get a lot of one on one time and their are multiple teachers switching in and out of the classroom all day. I wish there was more consistency with the teachers. We have also had some issues with bottles being mixed up; sent home with other kids' or not going home with one. I think the teachers are probably doing as best as they can, but have a lot of kids to look after."

"This is our first experience with having a child in childcare, and we're thankful every day we drop our son off and pick him up, that he's happy to go and not distraught when we pick him up. We searched for a long time for a place that wouldn't worry us when we had to drop our son off, and we're glad we found this school."

"This has been a great daycare overall. Some of the teachers don’t have the greatest attitudes, but the directors are willing to help solve any issue that may arise if you choose to avoid the teacher altogether. I don’t think parents should be judged by when they have their children at the daycare, as everyone doesn’t have the same schedule. I have felt uncomfortable more than once picking my children up late because I’m self employed & the day ran a little later than normal, by the teachers, not the directors. This is unacceptable & the only issue I really have with this center."

"My son's teachers have been excellent in educating him for elementary school, as well as caring for him. My daughter's teachers are a mixed bag. The afternoon teacher is excellent! She gives me a report every pick up, and is very involved in their education and well being. Her morning teacher is not up to par for this kind of work."
