"Overall experience at Childtime has been great. I had one child there from a few months old until she was 5 and another has been there from a few months old to now. Most of the teachers are very friendly, kind and understanding with childrens needs. They're helpful when drop off is hard and are just very encouraging and nurturing. We visited a few other preschools before deciding on Childtime and I'm so glad we did. It was a very easy choice from the time we walked in the door."

"My wife and I met with a few different schools and Childtime stood heads above the rest. Everyone from the director, to the school cook are so friendly and cooperative. All of the educators are very active and involved with the kids and you can tell they genuienly care about each of of them and their development."

"This is our first child so first time at a daycare and we have been so impressed! I don’t think there has ever been a time where I picked up my son and he was upset or not smiling! The school has been so helpful in helping us transition to table food, and is currently helping us transition away from a bottle! The school and all the staff has been so supportive since we started bringing our son here! I’ve felt so confident leaving our son there everyday. We receive prompt communication from the school anytime there are any issues. Our son spends the majority of his day at daycare, and he has learned to use his fork/spoon, drink from a sippy cup, take scheduled naps! Some of the teachers also offer babysitting which has been a saving grace! We have no family in this area so being able to have a teacher our son already knows and is familiar with help us outside school hours has really made it feel like we do have that village even without family in the area."

"The staff and Leadership are friendly, and I know they are trying their best. Overall, the experience has been good. Not excellent, just fine. Although, there's one teacher they have in the early morning that's always angry. It is very frustrating to leave your child with someone that seems to hate being there. They need to do something about this."

I would love that feedback from teachers because they are the experts after all. They spent more time with them than us, so an update about their achievements would be great."

"The staff is friendly and will listen to my concerns, however I don't feel they are equipped to provide the care and education I would like for my child. From watching the video feed if seems as though the staff will interact with each other more than with the children. Infants learn to speak by being spoken too and interacting with the world around them is essential for their development, and I don't feel that these needs are being met."

"I am happy with the school and its’ teachers who do a great job. I do feel lately that I am being “sold to” and that makes me uncomfortable. There have been book reps trying to sell there. They let Mary Kay come in and supposedly have a raffle. It was just a ploy to gather new contacts to sell to. I could do without extra people within our school trying to sell us things."

My only feedback is that it sometimes feels like the overall communication sent out from the school (not from individual teachers) starts in the middle of the story rather than providing all the necessary context and details."
