"It was great and then Ms Sam left toddler one room and then he has had 5 different teachers that have come and gone in that room and things have gotten a little unstable and my son has been struggling a little with it and now he is having to wait to transition into 2 room and it's hindering his growth so a little frustrated but mostly have a good experience...just a few concerns"

"Overall happy with our decision to send our son here. I think communication is the biggest area of improvement. Communication of daily/weekly lesson plan, communication when a classroom is being removed from the rotation and communication when my son’s teacher left. I only knew these things by asking what happened. I know the teachers care about my son and his well being in addition to education and that’s most important."

"Overall good school though staffing and turnover since Kinderworks transition to Childtime has definitely impacted the overall atmosphere. Previously there was extremely positive atmosphere with high attention to nurturing relationships, emotional intelligence building, and staff tenure. School has struggled with so much disruption of staffing. Remaining teachers and assistant director are great"

"I have seen the quality of the curriculum go down hill considerably over the last 1.5 years. The quality of projects and advancement in learning. I greatly contribute this to the teachers being spread too think and a new director that is not providing as much classroom assistance as the previous. The quality of education at this school used to be top notch, now it feels more simply like child care rather than an amazing educational base"

"They are very attentive and caring to my son who is new to daycare structure. He transition fairly well due to feeling comfortable first with his teachers and then getting used to the fun learning structure."

"We are actively looking to change schools as are many other parents that my wife talks too. The director doesn't care at all about these children or their health and education."

"It has been the best school in the area and was recommended by so many of our friends/ neighbors. The quality of care dipped drastically after the school was acquired. 80 percent of teachers left, no one greets you at the front door anymore, we are bombarded by constant emails about staff shortages and need for volunteers to get kids early or keep them home. Makes you worry not only about the teacher student cover ratio but also about the quality of school programs at this point."

"In my short duration at ChildTime, I really appreciate the warm reception from the teachers. The engagement my son has when at daycare and social progress he has made at as a one year old."

"We loved the current director. The school needs to update parents about who is taking control temporarily and permanently. Nicole Stewart was there to ease any concerns we had when our cold was 4 months old and starting KW, she was there to welcome us back after the pandemic, and she administered my child’s medicine. Child Time has not given her adequate answers to give to parents when asked about the transition of management. There are cheaper and closer options for us."
