"The teachers have been great. Really sweet and helpful. The nap time thing I am not happy about, but that’s not the teachers’ fault. I also have concerns because many times when I walk in there, there is another child (always the same one) who is upset and crying, just wandering around, not being comforted at all. She is just being ignored, when it’s obvious she could use some reassurance and affection. This is not my child, but it’s someone else’s, and I’d want my child to be receiving more attention and care, esp if she was crying and sad like that."

"Childtime staff/faculty/facilities has exceeded every expectation. We love our teachers, directors, and staff. Our biggest step concerns are child development, engagement, and safety. These are all met at Childtime.However we are concerned with how often our child is getting sick. As parents we understand this is not an issue specific to Childtime, but the reality of a daycare/school environment in general. Our issue is the cost, when our child is sick, a parent needs to stay home take care of her. We lose that income, and there is still a childcare payment that needs to be made. Our child has been out maybe 50% of her time so far. The question we ask ourselves is how much is too much? If she is missing 50% of her time is it better to pull her out until she is a little older? Maybe switch to drop-in hours?We love Childtime, and will continue to monitor how often she gets sick. But wanted to raise this concern as it is the only reason that we have seriously considered de-enrolling, thank you so much."
