"The school has been a great school for my son so far! We just wish that the tuition late fee would be end of day Thursdays or Fridays. It’s currently end of day Wednesday and that is rough for us because every other week our work paycheck doesn’t deposit until Thursday morning. So every other week we end up getting charged a late fee. Which is unfortunate because sometimes we work hard to pay for 2 weeks in advanced if we can but then get a late fee when he can’t get our payment in by a certain weekday. Just would be more fair if we had more time to get it paid Thursday morning since we are always committed to making our payments. Daycare is already a lot for us to pay so late fees don’t help at all."

"I can't say enough about the staff at this school. They've become an extension to our family. My only experience prior to childtime was with a small home daycare and the provider was like a grandmother to my children so I was very apprehensive of putting my children in the commercial daycare setting especially in a different state after relocating. Ms.Stacey, Mr.Alex, Ms.Abbi, Mr.Chauncey and Ms.Taylor are amazing, nurturing and boy are they patient. My children can be a bit much but the teachers genuinely still love interacting with them. And Ms.V is an absolute Godsend. The center has had multiple people leave the director role and Ms.V has held everything together with grace and with no change in quality or service. She is the heart of the school and is the reason I was comfortable enough to enroll my children at Childtime."
