"Honestly we love this school but sadly one bad apple has really spoiled the experience. Having a teacher (Ashley) that is overall negative, short tempered, distracted, and many other things is not conducive to a good environment for developing children. Now that she's the only teacher in the room it's extremely concerning and sadly will find another childcare solution since there was nothing that could be done due to staffing concerns. Short staffed or not will never be valid when it comes to child and their care."

"I wish the teachers were more nurturing with the children, they don’t really watch them they talk to the other teachers and when a child is crying they give them a pacifier and move on, I wish they would play with the children more instead of just letting them go wild in the room"

"ChildTime is better than our previous daycare, and a lot of our concerns at our last daycare are not occurring at ChildTime. However, I really wish communication was better- I don’t have time to continuously call the school in hopes to catch the director or person(s) in leadership, especially when there is an app for open communication, but the leadership messaging seems to not work currently. In the past, me messages have gone unanswered. Also, some of your rules regarding where a child should be in eating, drinking, etc. are too much based on governmental standards versus what is proper for the individual child. Our son was premature, and is a thin little guy who was boy developmentally ready to meet the expectations of what his age group should be eating and drinking, which was a nightmare to get daycare to understand and let us continue to provide him with the proper food for him. I also just generally find the price we pay to be quite high compared to what we get."

Both directors have been excellent in connecting and even empathizing with me as a parent and I don’t have any problem going to them if/when I have a concern or need. I do think there are some ways that the school can improve but overall it’s a good environment for my child’s current needs and their development"

"Ms. Kassie, Ms. Theresa & Ms. Stephanie. Three directors over nearly 20 years. Three great women who are curteous and knowledgeable. MY oldest son who will be 18 in a month still talks about Ms. Kassie. The teachers have always made me feel like each son was their favorite kid there. It's seriously nice knowing my kids are taken care of. Personally I would love to see Katelyn Bradshaw promoted to better access her talents. I've personally watched her interact with more than just Eli. She is very approachable, intelligent and can still somehow wear funny glasses but be professional. With the turnaround rate I've seen at childtime, letting her leave would be a huge mistake if she were to have that notion."
