"Lack of cleaning; hallway has layers of dust and dirt and leaves all over, which hasn’t been cleaned in over a week. Observed for a week. Spoke to staff about cleaning. Bathrooms are disgusting and not hygienic, observed at 8am. Food served are not covered and layed out in the open on a food cart tray in the hall way while people are walking past it."

"Great experience with this school for 5 years. Our child has 2 more years left at this school before he turns 12 and heads to middle school. We love the school, the teachers, the director and other staff. We love the school hours, the transportation offered to our child to his elementary school, the protectiveness this school provides to our child and all children, the relationship that we have developed with the director and staff, the communication we have with the school and most importantly the support and understanding of all situations. Five years ago when we chose this school, we made the best decision that turned out great for our family."

If Ms Laura is not at work I dont feel comfortable speaking, I feel like at times my child doesn’t get the full classroom treatment when she is there full days, she recently complained because “ mommy we never get to go outside “ the new director didn’t even know who my child was or didn’t know how much my tuition was. Everything is always call Laura or wait for Ms Laura"

As my child grows, we go through different stages of social and personal development that are not always easy. The teachers have been wonderful to work with to help provide the guidance and support my son needs to be his best self. We see other toddlers and ours dropped off clean and picked up dirty with food/snot on their faces. Dirty clothes are understandable."

"Any parent that has their child thriving at this center, please share your experience because I have seen the following in one month alone:1. My toddler and other toddlers with blankets fully covering them, including their heads during nap time. Don’t be surprised if youre called that your child has a “fever” and to come pick them up. 2. My toddler crying and walking around to grab a teacher’s attention. He would come home dehydrated or hoarsely. 3. No camera at the toddler’s playground! My toddler has came back with scrapes, scratches, bruises, etc., with No incident report given. 4. My toddler losing his belongings and clothes. I have witnessed on camera the teachers giving my child random clothing and bedding for nap time and changing. 5. My toddler being sick for a month! We have tested him every week at urgent care. Thank God, no hospitalizations or COV. He was on two antibiotics and home every 2-3 days every week because of a fever coming and going. Thank God he recovered !"

"My son had a hard time adjusting during his first few weeks, but the teachers were so patient with him. Within a few weeks of attending, he loves going to school. He loves his friends, teachers, and the staff. We have noticed so much growth in our 3 year old since he first started. He talks so much more, he is counting and spelling, and even writing his name!
