"Generally we have had a great experience with this school. There are so many Early Educators at this school who genuinely care about the children they're helping to grow! Unfortunately, turn over has been quite intense, and most of the awesome Early Education professionals don't hang around very long. That goes for the leadership team as well. I've experienced 4 different directors and between 2-3 different Education Managers since my oldest started at Child Time. The issues we have experienced with the school seem to be resolved promptly. The most recent concerns with ratios have been really bothersome to me as safety is always my main priority when taking or leaving my children anywhere. I wish the teachers/assistants were paid a living wage. It pains me to know I am leaving two of the most important people in my life (my children) with folks who are working their tails off for $14-$16 an hour. Many leave for jobs at Amazon and McDonalds to make more."

"Overall experience has been great. One thing I have noticed that often times that in the past 3 months, if the primary teacher is absent for some reason, kids from preschool and preK are combined. I feel the my child does not get the same attention and if often distracted. Also they are moved to a different class where my daughter has a hard sleeping- since its too crowded. I understand its a resource constraint to keep all the kids in one room. But it gets overcrowded, sometimes smelly, too warm and the teachers also have a hard time keeping the kids together. Hope the teachers can still can keep the preschool kiddos in the original class so its spreadout and they are well attended to - espeically during nap time."
