"I do want inform whom ever that the newer lady I believe her name is Geri isn’t the warmest during drop off. One day I looked on the camera and she was sitting in a classroom on her phone scroll while another child was getting hurt. That is unacceptable."

"My overall experience has been positive however there isn’t always staff available at the entrance if I have a question or concern. Based on conversations I’ve had with fellow colleagues whose children are in other facilities, the price of this facility always seems to be higher. And I recently received and had to sign that our schools vacation/reservation week policy was changing, which I am not happy about. I’m only being given 2 weeks per calendar year to utilize the reservation price however I get closer to 4 weeks off with my employer. Based on this new policy I would have to pay 2 full weeks of tuition even if my kids aren’t in the care of the staff which I find concerning!"

"My wife and I love Childtime. Ms. Maria and Ms. Natalie are amazing leaders. I enjoy the daily conversations and laughs I have with them. "Positive over all. Holiday closing of 2 Fridays early with minimal notice was frustrating. School was closed on the holiday days and then additional closing early which many working parents did not get and I had to leave work early."

"Current director either isn’t a people person or she just has her favorites. The sad part is she doesn’t even fake being nice or speaking, which is bare minimum! My family has felt brushed off by her from the first interaction. Our interactions with other school leaders and teachers have been pretty warm."

"Staff is friendly, professional and approachable when concerning child needs. My child specifically has a developmental delay and I have conversations with staff on a daily basis and they are always on top of being available to discuss your child concerns. On another note, I have had issues with repeatedly witnessing sick children in class with well children and have spoken to staff about this and was told basically they could not turn them away if child doesn’t have a fever however, respiratory infections and other illness will not provoke a fever in all cases and feel like this should be treated differently based on child’s level of sickness and parents should not allow sick children to attend school. Administration plays a huge part and protecting everyone health and not just collecting our money. In addition teachers can communicate more with parents about child’s development overall in the classroom especially during a transition to a new class…is my child adjusting well with new classmates, etc?"

"Ms. Brandy, Ms. K. & Ms. J. are all great teachers & are pretty much my only reason for keeping my child here. My daughter absolutely loves them. They’re always welcoming & very friendly to us. However some of the other staff members… not so much. I called one day & spoke with someone by the name of Nykia & she was not friendly at all & made me feel like I was bothering her. Doesn’t seem like she enjoys her job."
