"My general experience has been a true hardship. Having to drop my baby off everyday to a place I’m not comfortable with stresses me out daily but I have to work so what choice do I have? I’m watching the cameras all day to make sure my baby is safe and I’m always catching the staff doing something inappropriate! My baby has only been in this childcare center for 3 weeks and she’s already experienced 2 incidents! My child’s main teacher hasn’t given me any problems thus far she’s pretty good for the most part; I do hope she uses better judgement when it comes to her classroom because management doesn’t always know best and she can find herself in trouble solely going with what they say and not using her own discretion in her classroom. The lack of common sense exhibited by management and some staff is very troubling. Lastly, I’m always being met with excuses and rebuttals and I don’t appreciate."

"There is always a warm welcome. Ms. Careena is amazing. My daughter talks about her all the time. Ms. Tanesha is an extremely effective communicator and always greets us with a smile. Mr. Stephon is amazing as well. There is another teacher who’s name I can’t remember. Cute brown skin with nose ring. She is often with the toddlers. She is extremely sweet and always so good with the kids when I come in."

"My husband and I have had a wonderful experience with this school. Our daughter, Salem, has been there now for about 8 months (since 3 months old) and really seems to enjoy the class. We have seen her thrive and reach many milestones while attending daycare. We love the staff and the facility and greatly appreciate their level of care. They have been very helpful in Salems personal growth and very responsive to any questions or concerns we have had. When we first started at this location it was due to the convenience to our work places, but since then the location is not as convenient due to working from home. However, we have no plans of moving Salem because of the level of comfort we have and how. It is clear the teachers love Salem and treat the children as their own."
