"Overall we love the school. Sometimes the teacher turnover gets concerning but it hasn't effected our daughter to a great extent. Sometimes I question the additional cost. For example, we were charged an extra $20 for winter/holiday crafts but we only see her come home with single sheets of paper that she scribbled on so i'm not sure what the extra money is going towards. When our daughter was in the two year old class, we received at least one photo a day and we don't get that anymore since she moved into the three year old class. I'm sure this is because there are more kids and less teachers but it's false advertising to say that parents will receive one photo a day and typically we don't."

"Top notch. The school's administration never made me feel like I was a bother when I sent emails/inquiries and they took every question/concern very seriously. The teachers clearly love their job and their students. In previous schools, it felt very mechanical. Not Childtime! It feels like an environment where kids can thrive and are truly cared for. I love that almost all of the teachers know my kids by name and are always happy to see them. My kids are going to public Kindergarten in the fall and I'm a little sad they won't be at Childtime anymore (though my bank account is excited ;) )."
"My children have been attending since 2018. the environment is very nuturing and the curriculum is not only appropriate but challenging in the respect that I am frequently amazed and impressed with the vocabulary my children use, the tasks they complete and what they engage in on a daily basis. I have always loved that every teacher knows my children's names even if I do not personally know them (yet). My children run and give hugs to the staff upon entering and before leaving every day. They absolutely love it here! Communication and safety are top notch!"
"Overall I think the school is great! Leadership and teachers listen to my concerns. Also, my child’s teacher when she was in infant care (Ms. Brittany who is now in leadership) was amazing and made me feel comfortable having my baby in her care. I also think leadership is open to hearing feedback and that makes me feel comfortable that even if I have a concern, it will be addressed."
"Not great u change a rule u notify the parents , u won’t give breakfast anymore for before and aftercare , notify the parents, you spend all this money on camp for the field trips to be local . I never had some many issues with my previous daycare . This daycare is super expensive and less fun . There is seriously a lack In communication at this school to parents. School age kids never ever do homework there ."
