"Great experience. I feel that my son received more of an educational environment back when it was Growing Brilliant. He knew his ABC's, colors, days of the week, months all before going to Kindergarten. My daughter is only three but I don't feel that she's quite receiving that same education that he did. Either that or it will come later when she gets a bit older. Other than that we really enjoy coming here and have made lots of great connections over the years with people in our community through this daycare."

"We are loving our experience at Childtime. The staff is so friendly and our daughter is adjusting really well to her first school experience. We also love the SproutAbout app. Our daughters teacher does a FANTASTIC job sending picture/ video updates. Two suggestions I have: 1. A welcome letter of some kind from our child’s teacher to help introduce them and provide some background. I think it would allow parents a bit more comfort having some information and educational background on the teacher working with their child.2. Pictures of the lesson plans are nice but can be a bit confusing. A weekly or monthly newsletter highlighting over all themes would be so helpful. These newsletters would also help me as a parent continue my child’s social, emotional, and academic growth at home by tying in school themes to activities at home. Thank you so much!!"

"I love our school. The director, assistant director and the teachers are all wonderful and address all of my concerns, take great care of our daughters and have each developed their own relationship with them. I feel great knowing the girls are there."

"The only thing, is I wish the school wasn’t so corporate. Lots of corporate oversight that doesn’t make sense. Lots of teachers have left because of this. The nap time with all the lights on, and only able to have school lunch are things I wish would change."

"We sent our kids here to have a school experience, not just baby sitting and unfortunately since the transition and with covid, it doesn’t feel like we are getting much more than that. The food is not as creative as they used to be (lots of crackers for snack for example), the lesson plans and engagement with the parents has declined (for example no weekly newsletters with pictures or meet and greats), less structured learning activities to name a few. Overall we pretty displeased with the changes that have occurred. It felt more family run before and focused on kids learning and emotional well being whereas now everything is changing to be more cost efficient and corporate (ie the new app is pretty bad so I hear) we are paying a premium compared to other centers to send our kids here and not getting that premium service anymore."
