"In general I have had a very positive experience with this school. The directors, leadership and teachers are warm and friendly. They seem genuinely engaged and invested in my child's growth and care. There is one teacher who seems less 'warm and friendly' but this is just based on live stream view and not having interacted with her. I think what I'd like to see more of are more activities to keep my child learning... or perhaps more clearly stating how daily activities contribute to their growth. Other than that, the school facilities are a bit older - ideally I'd love to see some updates but that's not a high priority for us and I still appreciate the care my child gets and am happy with it."

"My daughter started when she was about 3 1/2 years. For preschool age she had Mrs. Evangelina, who is amazing! She also had Mr. Cristian, who was also amazing. Mrs. Evangelina is so friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell she cares about the children and was very hands-on in making them feel safe. Mr. Cristian made sure to help my daughter feel comfortable as she was transitioning to the school. Ms. Jenny is her Pre-k teacher. She is also easy to talk to and always friendly. Ms. Gaby and Mrs. Irene are always there to answer any questions you have in a friendly manner. Furthermore, I love there SproutAbout app. You are able to see your child and communicate through it. Overall, Childtime is such a trustworthy childcare place and would recommend to anyone. I will always me forever appreciative to the teachers and staff for all the patience, love and care they gave my daughter."

"I think the current Director and Assistant Director are both caring, communicative, organized and run the organization smoothly, probably best since I’ve seen it in years. I would say if 1 thing could be fixed it would be to install a new main entry gate. The current one is very outdated and if not purposely pulled shut it can be unlocked . This leaves a huge risk for the gain to remain unlocked. You are relying on people (parents) to pull it shut and human error can occur and I don’t want to rely on parents for my child’s safety. If this continues to happen, it would best best to replace the gate."

It’s hard to know exactly why staff are leaving but many are staying within the company and our school is suffering for itI can’t begrudge them for wanting better but it’s hurting this particular location and the children that have been regularly receiving care for the past several years"

"The teachers are great, however, it is really hard to expect them to spend some 1:1 time with kids while monitoring all the kids, updating the app, and keeping everyone happy and safe. I think the environment could be more nurturing and fun for the kids if they felt more of a 1:1 connection with the teachers (perhaps more teachers in the classroom?)"

"I have loved our time with Childtime in Garden Grove! Every one of the staff are friendly and supportive. I feel comfortable with my children being there and that they are safe and very cared for.
